An, "It's not under American control so it's no good" troll

I could begin a list of things which were under 100% American control but still didn't work without major glitches if at all like

Hubble Space Telescope
US-Mexico Virtual Borderfence Project
Crew Exploration Vehicle
More than 50% of all Shuttle launches
Vietnam Intervention Strategy

And since the US contributed zero to the project, as it normal for anything they don't 100% control, why should you care if it is a 9 billion Euro paperweight paperweight or not
