Sounds like homer was at the wheel.
I realize, in general, that nothing works perfectly the first time.. you would think that this would have shown up in pretesting.

Congrats on your 9 billion Euro paperweight!

The hubble has issues too but we didnt spend that much money on it.. so i guess they win that award.
