Um, Server 2008 (vista kernel) ranked 23rd in top500.org.
They have two entries in the Top500 super computer list. Two HPC Windows Server 2008 entries one in the near 80 Gflop range and another around 47 Glops and one set a record in efficiency. The faster one could boot both linux and Windows 2008 (which is the same kernel as Vista). Ranked number 23. 2400 nodes. Efficiency was great.
