Cox just increased the bandwidth-per-buck, yet if you are downloading things like 100MB service packs, the DL gets slower and slower until it is like 0.1 KB/Sec. Ridiculous!
When reading newsgroups, I get disconnected for 5 minutes and then restarted. Sucks when I am trying to post some files for some handicraft groups I participate in (much less hassle than trying to set up web pages for all of us to link to and keep updated). That time lapse can kill the load and require another try.
It also screws with my ability to VPN into my company network and do some maintenance from home. I much prefer sitting in my jammies to do ten minutes worth of work than getting dressed, dressing the kid and driving to the office to do it.
