Are you sure about that?
Do you honestly think that if he had no legitimate claims that the likes of AOL, Comcast, & Vonage would settle lawsuits? More important is that the other 2 of the big 3 wireless companies (AT&T & Sprint) have already signed licensing agreements and/or settled with the guy already? Or is it more likely that this guy is a fraud and Verizon truly does have a unique product from everyone else in the telecom industry that has settled, and they didn?t and they aren't simply trying to weasel out of owning up to some fraudulent activity. hmm.... which seems more likely.
