Inventor sues Google, Verizon, others on voicemail

voicemail to be used like email...hmmmm: So if my voicemail is to be used like email, does that mean I can now CC, BCC, Forward, Reply to, Unsubscribe and mark as spam visually like any other email client? Will it also include all the header information, so I can see what towers it bounced off of?
