My bank REQUIRES flash
Yep, my bank / credit union requires flash as part of it's security.

Although I am not a iPhone user, I an not sure the ad is misleading. Sure you can get there via the phone (accesable) but you may be able to get in or use all of the features of that site (flash, java, ...).

Heck, same applies to a desktop / laptop. If you don't have flash, java, activex components, etc.. installed you can't use those sites either. True you can install those on your desktop / laptop Vs iphone, but you still can get there, just can't get in! ;-)~

Many sites have a mobile version of their standard web pages.

Compared to many other commercials, ads (including political) that don't include every possible issue / caviat, not too sure I agree with the ASA.
