Depends on your definition of "Finished"
As a tech and consultant, I am so tired and frustrated dealing with software and/or its hardware that is so-called "Finished" even at the highest levels.

I expect a product to install properly and its basic, fundamental features (not all the bells and whistles) to WORK as advertized.

When I have to go to a vendor's website to download/install a patch or firmware update because the version that I'm installing was not even beta tested properly for the common, typical grouping of PCs that it was designed for, then I get thoroughly frustrated.

And, when I call for tech support, and the technician has to continually put me on hold because he/she doesn't have the proper training and experience by their wonderful management, or is over-stressed because management understaffs their tech support to keep costs down, then I just want to through the dam product away and start over at square one. Hopefully I can find another vendor that has something that remotely meets my client's "basic" requirements.

This situation is especially true with the major Wi-Fi vendors, whom I feel market products that are not "ready for prime time".

In hindsight, I have learned to first check with product reviews, especially from the actual users who took the role of being on the "bleeding" edge to obtain a product that they thought would meet even their basics needs.
