HSBC could order 200,000 iPhones

There are over 9 million partially sited people in the UK alone (visually handy capped).I have been invovled in looking for a phone that will accomadate these disabilities.Having searched the market for a suitable phone its the IPhone which is almost the sole contender.Why do manufacturers not take into account partially sited people.

Do HSBC see their disabled staff as been able to continue to use a less efficient crowded interface of the Blackberry or will they twig that the iPhone interface is more disabled friendly and time efficient for the staff?
