I don't think it would be that hard, that lens would just need an element near the back that would "distort" (more accurately curve) the image to match the sensor.

Current lens design is all about getting as flat as possible of a final image. Same concept, different execution. You want your image to match your sensor.

Now making a zoom lens for this sensor for this sensor, that could be touch, but primes shouldn't be that tough.

I want one!! Then again, DOF is one of the most interesting aspects of photography, so this is not a one size fits all sensor.
