I do agree that you should put most of the blame on the one committing the crime, but it does fall on the parents somewhat. Kids have to get their morals from somewhere and it's supposed to be the parents that provide that. Although, the person in this story was 18. An adult. You become an adult and the only one responsible for your actions is yourself. You don't see the creators of these games going insane and killing people, and if a video game is supposedly able to get someone to do that from playing it, why haven't the people who's minds COME UP with the games going insane and killing people??
