Do you manage a business?

I don't know the details of your story. Heck I
don't even know that it's true. However I would
love to get the real details here. Did Apple
provide you with the actual specs and
limitations of your iPod or did you assume
some things? If so why? Did you search online
for further details there are rich veins of
information online and user groups always
ready to help. I don't know what your
expectations where and how reasonable they
were. Did you take the time to learn what the
iPod would and would not do for you or did you
assume it would work with everything out there
including old add on devices?
