Apple is just a company, and one that holds its customers in low regard.

I upgraded (ha!) to an iPod classic and in addtion to all my third-party accessories not working (itrip, etc.) my APPLE camera connector isn't support, even though their website states it does (or did at the time I purchased). My "one phone call" to Apple went like this. "It does work! Oh, hang on, my friend here says it doesn't. Sorry. That was you support call. Now it's closed. Bye!"

I would suggest to Dell that they create a software music and video delivery system that'll work with Atrac, Mp3, Wma, etc. and share it with everyone but Apple.

It'll then work with any MP3 player or phone on the market, bar the iPod.
