Thank you for that link - I listened to the whole thing and it was very enlightening. It does appear that the populace is being 'snowed' and bullied by big business and/or gubmint. I'm fairly convinced that the philosophy of those in power regarding the 'regular joe' is "keep 'em moderately happy but make sure they're too worried about paying the bills to have the time or energy to think about stuff like this [their rights and freedoms] or do anything about it". It's depressing and enraging at the same time.

Regarding this Hasbro case, it disgusts me. More whining and bullying by a big guy who didn't see a left hook coming. Oops - get over it. They'll never get another dollar from me after showing their true colors.
