70 years is too long
No one should be able to hold whatever "rights" there are to the look and feel of a silly board game for 70 years. If that is the law, then the law sucks.

Also, Scrabulous is no more an exact copy of Scrabble than Safeway-brand cola is an exact copy of Coca-Cola. Competition happens. Fight back and compete. Don't be cowards and hide behind your lawyers.
