You need to learn about intellectual property law before spouting off incoherently. The issue here is a copyright, not a patent. The copy need not be exact; it need only be substantially similar. There will be no question here that those behind the Facebook version had access to Scrabble. The similarities between the two are great - the Facebook version even copies the name.
