I mean if I sign up for newletter it's spam to me until I have need to read the letter.

I have no blurred line. If you did not ask for it, it is Spam. If you signed up for it, it is not Spam. You cannot call it Spam because you have no use for it, because you asked for it.

Opt-In or permission based emailing is the only form of commercial emailing that is not Spam.
