RE: iPhone 3G poses barriers to business adoption
iPhone will, like all new hardware paradigms, require an adoption period when users determine how they would like a device to function and the device, in turn, evolves. The iPhone 3G poses a new opportunity to businesses, though, and that is to communicate directly with its customers through location based services. Our newest product, NaviKite (formerly gKite) allows businesses to create valuable offers directly to its customers who opt in.

While the adoption for a business user may have barriers, I believe the iPhone's business "play" may have far more legs than which email servers it can work with out of the box.
