My concern would be about the structural integrity of such a building. We all watched in horror that day as two of the most wonderful buildings in NYC collapsed right before our eys. It would ashame, in my opinion, to replace them with something that yes, looks pretty but is it structurally sound and, God forbid something go wrong, will people be able to escape the danger as safely as possible.
