My main concern is having such a high monetary barrier to entry here. Giving corporations with trademarked names first go sounds like a no brainer on the surface, but also gives first shot at access to large well funded groups while leaving individuals and entrepreneurs with far less ability to take advantage of the new system. This seems an unfortunate trend away from open and equal access on which the internet was founded.
