Frivolous lawsuit
This lawsuit is entirely frivolous. There is nothing hard extracting emails, contacts, meetings from Outlook. Microsoft provides very good APIs for that and Google has good APIs for their tools. That company simple put some (very modest) upfront effort to develop (read: code) this tool hoping to sell it to Google for many millions of $$$. Apparently, they were too greedy and Google decided they can put a couple of engineerys to write this utility for themselves (as could anyone else withoutany LimitNone 'secrets').

Come on, get real.
