The thing people are forgetting
As long as there has been a form of Outlook, there have been people writing alternatives to it. Eudora, Pegasus, Thunderbird, etc., etc., etc. all came out and they all had some way to import from Outlook (although with varied success). Unless LimitNone can prove without a doubt that their code is uniques beyond a shadow of a doubt and could not under any circumstances have been inpendently duplicated, they are going to have an uphill battle.
