wadda ya mean?

Google was one of the first CIA startups. I remember when they announced the CIA was going to start funding tech start ups, quite a while ack, like maybe 1996-7-ish. I said then watch out for any company that results, because you can bet CIA is getting a heck of a lot more back than they put in.

Can you say data mining? Statistical analysis? Tracking?
