If GOOGLE contracted to look at a process to move information, and then came out with self engineered look a like after dumping provider then I say, they have a great case. Following the paper trail is all that is needed on this one. If the developer provided a process to which if in concept or provided the means to provide a product then the developer is due $$$. Now the question is how much. I think this will all fall into the Million side just to keep the risk factor down if the developer has docs to support claim. If Google would say have really did this it would stop many future developers, and have a wave effect on many!
