jerking everyone at yahoo around over his personal feelings. Withholding crucial information from shareholders and employees at a time when the legality of it is questionable.
I think he should go to jail.
the guy has a right to hate Microsoft, but to screw over his employees and shareholders over some personal vendetta is so ignorant and lacking of any professionalism he should just resign his post and walk away with nothing.
