RE: (Photos: World's most efficient solar dish?): Although the MIT solar dish may be cost efficient, I doubt that it's the most efficient in terms of operation.

I'd guess that the reflectivity of the mirror(s), and how well that the mirror(s) concentrate the sunlight onto the target determine the efficiency.
