Must have taken a lot of coffee...

... to last that long. My condolences.

If it is security related, what would it be that security programs should do that they are not doing? I thought they responded to new threats already.
But if new threats are a problem, then open source would not be a good development model, because that requires 24/7 response. Coordinating a team of poverty-stricken volunteers would be heart-wrenching.

No, I think you fell asleep before you thought you did, urging the writer to make sense. And so you made a sort of sense for him, but, like a lot of dream logic, it fails after conscious thought.
