The Atari 2600 VCS and Atari 800 Computer - Hooray!

I still love to play from time to time. Some of the games still hold up well. They take no time to understand and there is nothing you need to unlock to experience the full game. Those were the days . You can have a party and people won?t get frustrated because they don?t know understand the details of the game or that they do not know the secret keystroke to punch or kick extra hard. Just time for fun. The Atari computer made improvements on game play, color and sound, while game play still remained fun.

There are also many different items out today that keep the systems alive such as USB connectors that allow you to use Atari joysticks as your PC game controller, use your PC as a large and fast hard drive for your Atari computer and more. There are still people out there producing new games for the 2600. I hope it lives forever.
