I don't think it's possible
Once you've taken the image, you can't really add more
information to it, at least real information. You can increase the
resolution by reducing the size of the image, but can't go the
other way. The only way I know of that software tries to get
around this is by interpolation, but that's having the software
make a "best guess" about what should go into each pixel, and
hoping it's right.
