I have seen it done.
I have seen resolution added to images and the pictures looked awesome.

True, it took a mainframe to do it with a million dollar software package on it but it CAN be done. The CIA and NSA do it all the time.

Unfortunately, think about all of those sheep that will buy the software because of a marketing campaign.
