Think of it from a developer's point.
The reason I like playing or watching this game is the AI. They went overboard with the Artifical Intelligence for the different characters in the game.
The other point; it's so many game genres in one, strategy, RPG, auto racing and first person shooter.
It's no wonder it's getting raving reviews.
