people will probably vote with their wallets. I personally wouldn't buy a Merc clone car... cars from other makers with Merc engine, etc. (they do exist).
Anyway, the irony is that it's an Intel platform with Mac OS which will probably run Microsoft software amongst other software thats probably available for XP anyway.
Psystar would have to tread carefully because they think Apple is a software company. They AREN'T. They generate lots of money from hardware and will probably see Psystar not as a helper of selling Apple software but a destroyer of Apple hardware revenue.
