Microsoft offers true indemnification: Every single time I power on a Windows server, I gush with full confidence knowing I have the legal backing of Microsoft and my rep. I know for a fact that Microsoft is totally in control of all of their intellectual property and can use it as a light saber in defense of anyone that dares approach them. I beam with pride every time I see our server room filled with thousands upon thousands of Windows servers, all running in perfect harmony.
