grandfather clause anyone?
This situation never should of went further then two words, grandfather clause. Areas all around the country are exempt from certin laws that were passed after the fact. Such as salvage yards that are now held to higher standards then they once were. As long as a salvage yard remains in the family, the family does not have to change it's salvage yard to fit the new laws. Zoning issues, if your land was zoned for agricultural use and you now have horses on them, possibly from a grandparent, new zoning in your area cannot force you to have your grandfathered land re-zoned. This is nonsense, having solar panels are a way to save the earth right, going green, and what not. What part of cutting down trees fits in with going green?
