Except that...
Except that Microsoft continue to demonstrate utter contempt for the Law. So wheter it's copyright, patent, or any other form of IPR, Microsoft abuse their wealth and market dominance by deploying a policy that says that if they don't have to buy something, they'll steal it, thereafter refusing to settle any disputes until ordered by a court.

The DoJ is completely toothless.
