Sorry. The snowflake had a better chance than the lowest 24% of the population (judged solely by income or access to money [inheritance, etc.]) 30 years ago. They--I'll assume no one else who reads here makes under 50k, of course (I'm the outsider look in)--are basically there for fodder. That's of course according to an argument that's a bit better than 30 years old, offered as an opinion by some think tank* or other, and adopted as policy.
