RE: Jury rules for Alcatel in Microsoft patent case

I find it very instresting that the so called patent holders don't decide to sue until the code or product is turned into a money maker by someone else. If the holders of such code/patent were so intent on protecting their property perhaps they should have made good use of it themselves and their would be no need to sue.
