Sod it.
It's the kinda greed that'll ruin the whole industry if something isn't done about it. I know, it's Microsoft and many of us love to hate them but when they've had their fill of the big, slow moving, prey they'll move on the harder targets.

Let's face it, if they can sue Microsoft and win the rest of us don't have a snowflake's chance in hell... OK, maybe IBM might but everyone else is toast should they ever deign to sell in the USA.
