In 2005 Korea, similar attempt was created.
User taka a picture with his/her camera-phone, and send MMS to somebody, then the location information is sent with the MMS message, which let the receiver catch up the location information... The receiver can see the pictures and the information on TV, which can accept the MMS message... It is provided by KTF.
