Yes, they'll be big
there old enough that newer methods were necessary, a couple of govt subsidize the tech industry around green, and not withstanding being a member of the Union, countries for their size and populace can and have implanted country wide projects to modernize as well as go green, and having done so longer, puts them in a prime position to be leaders.

Now hopefully the weather won't dash some efforts. Hint, build it stronger to last longer and reduce recycle and reuse in hopes that the earth doesn't make the effort for naught.
