Europe will be a huge power

One of factors in this will be simple inertia. America is going backwards and Europe is going forwards.

Microsoft is proof that American Capitalism doesn't work - ie, it doesn't deliver anything useful or sustainable for the masses.

European's tend to build things better and more ecologically, with some advertising to promote brand awareness.

American's have for far too long relied on simply talking the most to get people to respond to substandard produce.

It will balance out, but Europe doesn't have to deal with the health time-bomb that the US does in the meantime.
