Sure it'll work. Like the dickens, until Walmart gets their greedy little mitts on the program and take exhorbitant fees for doing this civic minded duty. They already take hundreds of thousands of taxpayers dollars in taxbreaks from municipal, provincial and federal governments for building a store, often crippling the local economy and paying starvation wages. I do like the idea of refurbishing the units and donating them to third world countries.
