You People Aren't Getting It!
I agree that the Patent rules and lawsuits are out of hand and ridiculous... but many of them are for your protection (as a copyright or patent holder). This is just another frustrating patent suit news, yes, but the problem isn't the companies and the courts... it is the legislation! The laws were written by these patent lawyers and companies... no one in congress wants to do anything because if they do.. it will piss alot of companies off! So no one will touch it. You wanna help? Write your congress person and demand reform! Demand that laws for copyright and patent should be for innovation, not lawyers greed! but of course, they have alot more to think about... trillions wasted on an illegal war, aliens crossing our borders for unknown reasons, economy in the pits, jobs and trade out sourced to other countries, corruption and deceit in DC and state govts, and the one at the top of the list... pleasing their fund holders and getting re-elected!!!!
