Microsoft needs to do more.
Simple things like adding a web browser to the Xbox 360, or sorting out Media Center so that it was actually useful would do wonders for Microsoft. The whole Blu-Ray vs HD-DVD issue is frankly a mute point as pretty much no one cares about either of them, the only people who do are people who bought PS3's at the stuipidly expensive launch price. When all is said and done Blu-Ray is only a stop gap format, its unlikely to oust DVD as the format of choice before the next format rolls around.
