BIG OIL won't let it happen. They want the World reliant on that Fossil Stuff, they want the price of a Barrel as high as possible.

Take the NSS Savannah, an experimental freighter built in the late fifties, its 5 year fuel load was 163 pounds of nuke fuel, that replaced 25 million gallons of Bunker C; which do you think the Oil Companies wanted to sell?
