And this is why developers fail, they forget about the user. Is it something the user wants? Is there traing dollars in the bufget? Does it match existing business practices? Does it even fit the companies culture?

Develpers are so tied to the function, they are clueless about form and it's acceptance. The best application in the world is totally useless unless the end users WANT to make it work. Something most developers never figure out.
