I think that's gotta be one of the biggest plusses this venture has going for it and I'm amazed that the article didn't even mention it.

The flipside to that though, is what kind of adverse impact this might have on the B-movie industry? I know a lot of people who just go to Blockbuster/Hollywood Video (okay, mostly Blockbuster) with the intention of just getting any movie that looks good to them. A lot of the time this means that when the latest and greatest movies are all out, they go to the second-tier movies. If everyone can get their first pick, will this mean less space for lesser-known movies? Also, the opposite could happen, with more room for more movies on the hard drives, maybe there will be more availability of the B-movie variety?
