tHE INDUSTRY BEGINS TO CATCH UP WITH THE PIRATES?
A sensible idea but films are already being pirated onto medeia players for example a 400GB drive can be supplied with up to 600 full length movies.

Cost media player chassis and case $100 drive $100 and a quick copy of a disk using a standard PC.

Not so much a leap forward as a follow the criminals who lead the way!
