Hah...conscientious objection already!
"Movies rented from the service will comply with Microsoft DRM standards."

Need I say more? I've never cared for DRM in general...but M$' implementation of "Plays For Sure"/WMA has been particularly problematic. I have a bunch of WMA files that the licenses got bungled up for, and I have not been able to transfer them from the laptop to a portable device since. Obviously, with a rental model, I don't expect the same transfer & usage rights...but I certainly don't have the trust in M$' DRM technologies to expect this service to always work as advertised.
