Patents
This is indeed what software patents are about. This is why some consider them a very bad joke on everyone without one or more. Evidently the patent is valid but dude gets cents. The winner is the lawyers! Yea law written by and for the self interest of lawyers administrated by lawyers.I should have studied law.
